Responsibility for material defects

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the relationship between consumer (end-user) and Metal-Kovis d.o.o., in the case of a material defect on the product, the provisions of the Mandatory Obligations Act (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15) apply to liability for material defects.
