Single sided insert with a very positive chip breaker, it allows an excellent chip contorl and generates low cutting forces.
TSA25:
Carbide grade with an innovative multi-layer coating; the combination of substrate, enriched with cobalt that assures an excellent toughness abd okastuc defirmation resistance, with the new coating, that gives high wear resistance, makes TSA25 really excellent in heavy roughning machining and in semi-finishing operations for a wide range of steels, under various working conditions. The new coating and the preparations of the cutting edge minimize the edge build-up phenomenon.
